The main transport, distribution and supply pipes connected to the integral water cycle have, in the majority of cases, an excess of static pressure. This pressure is dissipated via the use of intermediary transfer tanks, pressure regulating valves or any other device which produces the energy loss required to adjust the pressure level to the system’s demand curve.
